We are in desperate need of identifying those in Real need, jobless, in the street, elderly and many that need help in the crisis, and we all can help, not only with the goverment channels, but amount each other, let's create a website where anyone can registre and identified them selves or some body else in need, how does it work, identify you country, your location (location bases service if posible) identify your self, name and ID, or everyone in the house hold, once registered the page will informe them of the oficial means of help or how we can help with donations from the 40% that do has means to help and self suply their needs, but not only this, much more I have in mind
